Job Summary:
The company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a patient-focused call center environment. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, maintaining accurate records, processing supply orders, supporting patient compliance activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Receive inbound calls from customers regarding supply orders, product support, and account-related inquiries
- • Perform outbound calls to support customer follow-ups, welcome calls, and compliance activities
- • Maintain accurate customer and patient records while verifying account information
- • Process customer orders, returns, and service requests in accordance with department procedures
- • Support patient reorder compliance programs and case management activities
- • Communicate prescription revision requests to appropriate support teams
- • Achieve department performance metrics and key performance indicators
- • Complete customer cases and documentation according to established standards
- • Participate in department meetings and team initiatives
- • Follow all applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum one year of customer service experience
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
- • Familiarity with Apple and Android devices
- • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- • Two to three years of call center experience
- • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- • Bilingual Spanish language skills
- • Experience with data entry or data processing activities
- • Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher
- • Experience supporting customers in healthcare or regulated environments
