Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Master Representative to support the Customer Master Data team. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate creation of new customer accounts and maintenance of existing customer accounts, while ensuring all requests are completed within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
The position will also support reporting activities and special projects within the Customer Master Data group. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with data are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Create new customer accounts and make changes to existing customer accounts within the SAP/ERP environment.
Ensure customer master data is entered accurately and within established SLA timelines.
Communicate account setup completions and rejections to appropriate stakeholders through the team mailbox/Outlook.
Perform daily reporting and review new customer account setups to ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
Support Customer Master Data reporting requirements.
Assist with special projects involving customer and general data fields.
Track and report statistics using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and members of the Customer Master Data team.
Follow direction and respond appropriately to changing priorities.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Be flexible with working hours when necessary to support team coverage between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and periods of unique demand.
Work U.S. holidays when required to provide support for Canada.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Master Maintenance and/or Data Management.
Previous experience working with data and data management.
Understanding of SAP or another ERP platform, with the ability to learn customer master transactions.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take direction and respond accordingly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with SAP, Get Paid software, BW, or similar reporting tools.
Experience with Microsoft Business Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, or Visio.
