Role Description The Customer Data Management Director is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the strategy, governance, and execution of customer data initiatives across the organization. This role manages the collection, integration, quality, and accessibility of customer data to support customer satisfaction, customer experience, and service excellence. The Director will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with customer service, marketing, sales, and IT teams, and ensure that data-driven insights inform business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing data management frameworks, supervising data analysis and reporting, optimizing data processes and tools, and implementing best practices for data privacy and compliance. The role also involves mentoring team members, managing vendor relationships, and continuously improving data-driven approaches to enhance customer outcomes.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and influencing stakeholders.
Experience leading customer data management, CRM, or data governance initiatives in a director or senior manager role.
Proficiency with customer data platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of data privacy and protection standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data security.
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed or remote teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial.
