We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support and administer company salary and pay programs aligned with our reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Advising leaders on compensation policies, new hire offers, promotions, and market analysis.
- Managing annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonuses, and market adjustments.
- Conducting job evaluations, assigning compensation grades, and analyzing premiums.
- Collecting and analyzing market survey data to recommend compensation strategies.
- Assisting in designing and implementing compensation policies and programs.
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 0-4 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and develop recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
- Some travel may be required.
- Overtime may be necessary during peak periods.
