Pay Rate: $35.00/hr. – $40.00/hr.

We’re looking for a Commercial Contracts & Rebates Analyst to support contract evaluation, fee/rebate payments, financial analysis, and issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review commercial contracts to ensure accurate and timely fee/rebate payments.
• Analyze and resolve disputed fees, rebates, and contract eligibility issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, Business Units, and Commercial teams.
• Develop variance reporting to identify sales fluctuations and payment discrepancies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial contracting, rebates, incentives, or related financial activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen.
• Understanding of commercial contract development and management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI, QlikView, SAP BI/BW, Access, Oracle, or similar data/reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
