Commercial Ad-Tech Attorney (Data Privacy Experience)

• The Position
• A publicly traded technology company operating at the intersection of digital advertising, financial services, and consumer engagement is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney to provide immediate support during a legal team transition.

The attorney will primarily negotiate and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, insertion orders, agency agreements, and related advertiser-facing contracts. The role requires someone who can work independently, exercise strong business judgment, and effectively partner with sales and business stakeholders in an aggressive, fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience with insertion agreements and a strong understanding of the underlying data privacy concerns (GDPR, CCPA).

This project starts ASAP, is expected to last approximately 3–6 months, is remote, and requires approximately 40 hours/week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
