Position: Pharmacy IT Systems Analyst Inpatient Willow

Location: Remote

Shift: 7AM-3.30PM

Annual Salary: $113,900 $170,851

Position Summary

This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, developing and implementing solutions, and managing and supporting clinical applications related to inpatient pharmacy operations. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows and support Epic Willow Inpatient systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Pharmacist with a minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (Required).
• Minimum 4 years of clinical or administrative information systems experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems and pharmacy workflows.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality of patient and organizational information.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and clinical workflow requirements.
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient applications.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, testing, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Develop documentation and provide end-user education and support.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
