  • Role at a Glance
  • • Compensation range: $90,000 to $110,000
  • • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000*
  • • Clinical Hours: up to 25 clinical hours per week
  • • Target Caseload: Approximately 6 to 10 active clients, adjusted for complexity and treatment intensity
  • • Protected Time: Assessment, treatment planning, RBT supervision, caregiver collaboration,documentation, consultation, and professional development
  • • Work Model: Primarily center-based, with potential for up to 3 remote administrative day per month after onboarding and based on clinical needs.
  • * $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three equal installments during the first 12 months of employment, subject to continued employment and applicable plan terms.
  • What You Will Do
  • • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
  • • Manage an appropriate caseload and continuously evaluate progress through data review, observation, and treatment modification.
  • • Design and oversee behavior intervention programs grounded in evidence-based ABA practice.
  • • Provide high-quality supervision, direct modeling, coaching, and competency feedback to RBTs.
  • • Partner with caregivers as active participants in treatment and support generalization into everyday life.
  • • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets ethical, regulatory, and payer standards Participate in case reviews, peer consultation, clinical development, and ongoing training.
  • • Collaborate with schools, physicians, therapists, and other professionals when clinically appropriate.
  • A Clinical Structure Designed for Quality
  • BCBAs are expected to contribute 25 clinical hours per week. The remaining time is intentionally available for the work that makes care strong: assessment, treatment planning, RBT supervision and coaching, caregiver collaboration, data analysis, documentation, case consultation, and professional development. Our goal is not to maximize billable hours. It is to create the structure clinicians need to deliver thoughtful, consistent, high-quality care.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • • Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or ability to obtain before beginning clinical practice in Georgia.
  • • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • • Approximately 3 to 5+ years of progressive ABA experience, with meaningful post-certification BCBA experience preferred.
  • • Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs.
  • • Strong data interpretation, clinical judgment, documentation discipline, and caregiver communication skills.
  • • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, individualized care and meaningful client outcomes.
