Role Summary:

• We're seeking a highly specialized Calypso Business Systems Analyst to support a leading Capital Markets technology team.
• This is NOT a generic Business Analyst role and NOT a Calypso Developer position. The role is focused on Calypso Configuration, Collateral Management, Margin Processing, Production Support, Reconciliation, and Functional Troubleshooting.

• Must-Have Skills
• ✅ 5+ years of hands-on Calypso experience
• ✅ Calypso Configuration & Production Support
• ✅ Collateral Management & Margin Management
• ✅ Trade Lifecycle Knowledge
• ✅ Root Cause Analysis & Incident Management
• ✅ Financial Reconciliation
• ✅ SQL
• ✅ Capital Markets Domain Experience
• ✅ Integration Troubleshooting

• Nice to Have
• ✔ Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS)
• ✔ Repo / Securities Financing
• ✔ SWIFT
• ✔ MQ/JMS
• ✔ SFTP, APIs
• ✔ SaaS/Vendor Hosted Calypso
• ✔ Agile Environment Experience

• What You'll Do
• • Configure and maintain Calypso static data, contracts, counterparties, collateral and margin parameters
• • Support margin agreements, thresholds, exposure calculations and reconciliation activities
• • Troubleshoot production issues across Calypso and integrated systems
• • Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
• • Work closely with business users, support teams, developers, infrastructure teams and vendors
• • Support production releases, validation, and change management activities
