• We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong process improvement skills to analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions that improve performance, productivity, and client experience.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders in the Operations department to optimize workflows, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
• Investment, trading, or other relative knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid chart, etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
