Job Summary:

Seeking a Workday ERP Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in business analysis and hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financials. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, create user stories, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, and work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Workday HCM, Financials, or Integrations
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Jira and Confluence
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• User Stories, UAT, and testing
• Strong stakeholder communication

Preferred:

• CSM Certification
• Workday Certification
• Workday implementation or upgrade experience
