• Position Summary
• We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA), AI Delivery to join the Corporate Applications AI Solution Delivery Team.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, enhance decision-making, and generate measurable business value. This role will partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and vendors to translate business challenges into AI use cases and support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from intake through production deployment.
• The ideal candidate possesses experience delivering AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives and understands how to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.

• Key Responsibilities
• AI Use Case Discovery & Analysis
• • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for AI and automation initiatives.
• • Analyze current-state processes and identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, reduce risk, or enhance user experience.
• • Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• • Support business case development, value realization assessments, and ROI analysis.
