We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Lead with 10+ years of IT experience to support a major initiative focused on integrating AI-driven analytics into the enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead BI and Data Warehouse initiatives
✅ Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
✅ Develop AI prompting strategies and data query solutions
✅ Build and validate reports, dashboards, and visualizations
✅ Guide data governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance efforts
✅ Train and enable non-technical users to leverage AI and data effectively
✅ Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and Program teams on enterprise analytics solutions
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 10+ years of BI/Data Analytics experience
✔ Strong experience with Data Warehousing, Reporting, and Visualization tools
✔ Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders
✔ Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, prompt engineering, or GenAI use cases
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
