Business Intelligence Manager

Requirements:

• Experience leading a team of business intelligence, business analytics, or reporting analysts
• Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to guide others in querying and interpreting data
• Advanced Excel and experience building reports or dashboards in Tableau
• Experience with data validation, cleaning, auditing, and complex analytical problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, identify analytical opportunities, and recommend next steps
• Plusses
• Healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations experience
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform

• A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a team of analysts supporting business intelligence, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making within Revenue Operations. This individual will guide the team in translating complex business questions into structured analyses, querying and validating data, and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SQL, advanced Excel, Tableau, and data warehousing, along with the leadership and communication skills needed to develop analysts and proactively identify opportunities within a complex data environment.
