The salary range for this position is [$110K - $120K] per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Proven experience in a BI Lead, Senior BI Developer, or equivalent role
• 5+ Years of experience into SAP BO
• Strong, hands on expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, Power Query, report design, and service administration)
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and working with large datasets
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply and influence stakeholders
• A self starting mindset: you take ownership, make sound decisions independently, and deliver without needing hand holding
• Working knowledge of Azure (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Lake, or Databricks)
• Previous experience in telecommunications
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with data governance, security, and role based access in BI environments
• Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD practices for BI deployments
