About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BI Developer with strong expertise in AWS QuickSight, SQL, and dashboard development to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards, analyzing business data, and delivering reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight.
Build digital reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Design and develop data models, schemas, and reporting structures
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, scalability, and usability.
Support BI governance, metadata management, and reporting asset management processes.
Identify trends, patterns, and business insights through data analysis.
Create and maintain documentation related to dashboards, reports, and BI assets
Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholder
Continuously improve reporting processes and dashboard performance

Required Qualification
5–9 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics development
Hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight dashboard development
Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets
Experience working with SQL Server
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BI
Strong understanding of dashboard design, data visualization, and data storytelling principles.
Experience optimizing dashboard performance and reporting processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
