About Your Role

As a Business Engagement Analyst, you will support client solutions and relationship management for Settlement Controls & Solutions (SCS) by serving as a key point of coordination for inquiries, issue resolution, and service quality. You will work across internal teams and with external clients to align processes, improve communications, and identify opportunities to strengthen operational outcomes that matter to our clients and the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first response point for client inquiries and the primary contact for issues affecting client Service Level Agreements.
  • Analyze inquiries to identify opportunities and collaborate with SCS data analytics to improve quality outcomes for SCS inquiry escalations.
  • Conceptualize innovative approaches to modernize processes, such as usage of AI for inquiry resolutions or communications.
  • Engage and partner with cross functional teams to resolve outstanding inquiries.
  • Review of Out of Balance scenarios to provide proactive communications to clients
  • Actively drive the creation of SCS Business Engagement training material and maintain processes and procedures.
  • Assist in creating and sustaining SCS employee development initiatives.

Experience You’ll Need To Have

  • Experience in client management, settlement operations and/or similar discipline
  • Experience preparing professional written and verbal communications for clients or internal stakeholders and explaining complex issues clearly
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • 4+ years of equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends or exceptions, and translating findings into recommendations, process improvements, or client-facing actions.
  • Experience supporting change management efforts, including process updates, training creation, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Experience serving as a point of contact for client or stakeholder relationships and managing issue resolution through completion.
  • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams.

How You'll Work

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

$58,000.00-$81,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
