- We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in the USA. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities who are eager to build a successful career in business analysis and consulting.
- The selected candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
- Assist in business process improvement and workflow optimization
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
- Support reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis activities
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions
- Perform gap analysis, UAT testing, and requirement validation
- Create presentations, reports, and business insights for leadership teams
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related domain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or reporting tools
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
