- Job Title: Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation & GenAI

- About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation & GenAI to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify complex business problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of Intelligent Automation, RPA, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions through testing and implementation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and define solution requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Support Intelligent Automation and GenAI solution design, delivery, testing, demonstrations, and UAT.
- Collaborate with developers and engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, requirement clarification, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, process gaps, and mitigation options.
- Support compliance with SDLC, information security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive assigned initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency.
- Support the design and implementation of AI-based workflows, including agentic workflows and multi-agent solutions.
- Follow established company policies, procedures, security standards, and development practices.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Required Qualifications
- Strong professional experience as a Business Analyst supporting automation or technology delivery.
- Experience with Intelligent Automation/RPA, AI/GenAI, or Agentic AI.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT, test planning, product demonstrations, and acceptance activities.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI-based workflows.
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Google AgentSpace, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
