• Job Title: Business Analyst
• Work Authorization: USC/GC only (No C2C)
• Interview Process/ Interviewers: 3 rounds
• Location: hybrid in either Portland ME, Manchester NH, or Waltham MA

What you'll do:

• Lead business analysis for enterprise software implementations and transformation projects
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
• Map current and future state business processes
• Support software selection, implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive process improvements and organizational change
• Work across Agile and Waterfall project environments

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Enterprise software implementation experience (ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.)
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow design, and business process improvement experience
• Experience creating test plans and leading UAT through implementation
• Comfortable working with executive stakeholders and influencing change
• Agile and Waterfall experience
