About the Opportunity:

The BUSINESS ANALYST role involves gathering and analyzing business and system requirements across the organization to support solution delivery. The position translates requirements into clear use cases, evaluates technical solutions, and contributes to cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. This role drives project management from inception to delivery, ensuring effective communication and collaboration internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business and systems analysis across multiple platforms
• Gather and document requirements for various systems
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate requirements workshops
• Assist with user acceptance testing as needed
• Ensure thorough understanding of requirements among team members
• Participate in internal and client meetings
• Develop training materials for IT systems
• Conduct system and data modeling using UML when required
• Apply Domain Driven Design approach in documenting web-based solution requirements
• Design and document use cases as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with user stories, wireframing, storyboarding, UML, and walkthroughs
• Self-starter able to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments with integrity
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Enterprise-level experience with system application design and development

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

$85,000 - $105,000 a year
