# Senior Business Analyst

## About the Role

CRB Workforce, LLC is seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** to support business growth and financial performance through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners with marketing to improve customer engagement and ROI while developing the metrics, reporting, and insights needed to understand and optimize business performance.

The Senior Business Analyst will focus on performance tracking, root cause analysis, data interpretation, forecasting, and identifying relationships that influence customer behavior. The ideal candidate brings strong business analytics experience, advanced SQL skills, moderate Python proficiency, and experience working with Databricks, Excel, and PowerPoint.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Drive business financial success by identifying creative solutions to business challenges through analytics.
• * Develop relevant **business metrics, reports, and visualizations** to effectively track performance.
• * Partner with marketing teams to support **customer engagement and ROI**.
• * Track business and performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• * Conduct **root cause analysis** to understand business performance and customer behavior.
• * Gather, analyze, condense, and interpret a wide variety of data.
• * Identify causal relationships and trigger points that influence customer behavior.
• * Develop and automate reports to improve business reporting and analytics.
• * Use business metrics and analytical insights to support **forecasting**.
• * Translate complex data into actionable, data-driven business insights.

## Required Qualifications

### Experience

• * **8+ years of experience in Business Analytics**.
• * Experience partnering with **marketing teams** to increase customer engagement and ROI.
• * Experience automating reports and developing business metrics.
• * Experience using metrics and analytics to forecast for the business.

### Technical Skills

• * **Advanced SQL**.
• * **Moderate Python**.
• * Experience with **Databricks**.
• * Experience with **Microsoft Excel**.
• * Experience with **Microsoft PowerPoint**.
• * Strong data analysis, interpretation, and visualization capabilities.

### Business & Analytical Skills

• * Strong performance tracking and root cause analysis skills.
• * Ability to gather, analyze, condense, and interpret diverse datasets.
• * Ability to identify causal relationships and customer behavior triggers.
• * Strong problem-solving skills with an analytics-driven approach.
• * Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the **subscription industry**.
