About the Role

Concentrix is seeking a Business Analyst, Automotive to support its Incentive Dealer Program through data processing, quality control, and business analysis. This remote position works with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations that support program performance and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter incentive data into Fusion to support the Incentive Dealer Program.
• Perform quality checks to help maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Respond to research requests and provide relevant data and analysis.
• Develop queries to retrieve and analyze business data.
• Create dashboards to monitor key performance indicator (KPI) trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify insights and support program improvements.
