Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related healthcare administration setting.
Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
Hands-on experience developing test cases, executing tests, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, QA teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a healthcare administration setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare claims and payment processing.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development practices.
Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or Medicaid-related healthcare applications.
Experience facilitating JAD sessions and coordinating with external vendors.
Experience supporting system releases, defect resolution, implementation, and production stabilization.
Experience developing end-user training materials and system documentation.
