Business Analyst

• Title: Business Analyst.
• Location: Kansas City, MO.
• Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• The business analyst’s primary responsibility is to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Under general direction of a Sr. Business Analyst or Manager and/or Program Manager, directs analysis activities for low to medium-priority projects requiring high degrees of functional integration.
• Duties may include but are not limited to: Develops business analysis plans for medium sized/complex projects.
• Executes on tasks with coaching/mentoring provided as needed. Manages traceability of requirements to ensure alignment to project goals and objectives as well as alignment to development and testing plans.
• Works with project teams on medium risk issues to evaluate impacts of defects and to develop plans for resolution and mitigation. Work with teams to ensure proposed solutions align with requirements and maximize value to stakeholders. Assists PM with project coordination tasks. Assist with other duties as assigned.
