The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our systems effectively support our retirement services. This position is based in Austin, TX, and requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the Retirement Business Domain.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.

Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented according to specifications.

Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that solutions meet business needs.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the Retirement Business Domain and .Net technology.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

In-depth understanding of the Retirement Business Domain, including relevant regulations and industry standards.

Proficiency in .Net technology and its application in business systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Knowledge of additional programming languages or technologies relevant to business systems.

Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
