We are currently seeking for a Business Analysts (contract) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and system needs.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation such as user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and solution architects to evaluate and refine solution options.
• Support the design and implementation of new systems, enhancements, and integrations.
• Validate requirements throughout the development cycle to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Assist with data analysis, mapping, and validation for IT-related projects.
• Support the creation of test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track and document defects, ensuring timely resolution with technical teams.
• Work closely with project managers to support project scoping, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide updates on progress, issues, and changes.
• Help ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements or automation opportunities.
• Support digital transformation, software implementations, and system optimization initiatives.
• Ensure proposed solutions balance business needs, feasibility, and long-term sustainability.
• Develop process flows, SOPs, requirement documents, and training materials.
• Provide training or support to business users during systems rollout or updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation for ongoing reference and compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly document business and functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud applications, or custom-built software).
• Basic SQL skills or experience with data analysis.
• Experience working on integration projects or API-driven systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management principles.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
