Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Syosset, NY. The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, support business process improvements, and help translate business needs into actionable solutions. Daily tasks include working closely with stakeholders, facilitating communication, generating reports, and providing insights to drive effective decision-making. The role also requires identifying gaps in processes and proposing enhancements to ensure business efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively
Experience in Business Analysis and working with Business Requirements
Proficiency in understanding and improving Business Processes
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Familiarity with tools used for business analysis and process optimization
Experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management industry is a plus
