Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst – Finance with strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement, financial services, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and support strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes, workflows, and operational performance.
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create process maps, workflows, technical requirements, and business documentation.
Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards to support business decisions.
Collaborate with Operations, IT Software Architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements discussions.
Support project planning, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or QA.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
Hands-on experience with MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot/Copilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar automation/reporting tools.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
Knowledge of SQL or other data-analysis tools.
Experience in investment management or financial services.
Project management experience.
