About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Fulcrum Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This position involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conducting market research, and ensuring that project deliverables align with client expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support our clients’ digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, project management methodologies, and business process modeling is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and MS Office Suite is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly are vital. Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning to thrive in our innovative environment.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams. Facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment. Participating in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing platforms. Monitoring project progress and providing ongoing support to ensure timely delivery. Assisting in the development of user manuals and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of new solutions. Additionally, the Business Analyst will contribute to process improvement initiatives and support change management efforts within client organizations.
