- Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, improve processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions that support successful product delivery in an Agile environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current business processes and design optimized future-state workflows using BPMN, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams.
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to manage product backlogs and support sprint planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and evaluate business needs, system capabilities, and project feasibility.
- Develop and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, and validation.
- Analyze data using SQL and Advanced Excel to support business decisions and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Required Skills
- Requirements Engineering (BRD, FRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
- Gap Analysis and Use Case Modeling
- BPMN, Process Mapping, Flowcharts, and DFDs
- Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, and Axure
- SQL and Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI or Tableau
- Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Ceremonies, and SDLC
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- IIBA certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
