About the Role

Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a project focused on evaluating and comparing chatbot responses. This role involves analyzing business requirements, reviewing multiple AI-generated outputs, conducting structured evaluations, and providing final assessments based on defined criteria.

The Business Analyst will also support requirements documentation, workflow analysis, reporting, testing, and coordination across technical and business teams. This is a project-based freelance opportunity offering remote work and the chance to contribute to AI applications in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze workflows, business processes, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Compare chatbot responses, conduct structured evaluations, and provide final assessments using established criteria.
• Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and other project documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure evaluations are completed with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering and process-mapping techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Project Details and Work Schedule

• Employment type: Freelance, project-based engagement.
• Duration: 16 weeks.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote with a flexible work environment.
• Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends when required, with two weekdays off.
• Project scope: A defined number of evaluation tasks, with each task involving comparisons of multiple chatbot responses and submission of a final assessment.
