Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
- Monitor client progress and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver training and ongoing support
- Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA-compliant records
- Support skill acquisition, communication development, and behavior reduction programs
- Ensure ethical, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care delivery
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of ABA or related behavioral health experience preferred
- Experience working with children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in both onsite and remote environments
- Experience collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams preferred

- Hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days and 2 remote workdays
