Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
• Monitor client progress and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver training and ongoing support
• Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA-compliant records
• Support skill acquisition, communication development, and behavior reduction programs
• Ensure ethical, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care delivery

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of ABA or related behavioral health experience preferred
• Experience working with children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in both onsite and remote environments
• Experience collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams preferred

• Hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days and 2 remote workdays
