Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking BCBA and BCBA supervisor. This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.

Work locations: Multiple Clinic Locations throughout Georgia (Candidates should reside within approximately 20–40 miles of the assigned clinic location to support a successful hybrid schedule.)

Hybrid work schedule - We’re mostly in-person focused, but after you get ramped up we can offer 1-2 days/week remote. Remote would be just normal work day including supervision and client work (and if needed, you’ll need to do some admin work but which would apply either in center or not).

Manageable caseload - Standard BCBA caseload is ~28 billable hours/week.

Qualifications: Certified BCBA. BCaBA or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Experience Level - 0-5 years

Preferred Skills: Experience with supervision and client work.

Pay range and compensation package:

• $75,000–$100,000 annually, based on clinic location, and level of experience.
• Monthly Performance Bonus up to $1300 (Up to 18K Yearly).
