- Position Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in an outpatient pediatric setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support developmental growth, communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and functional independence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with families to ensure treatment consistency across home, school, and community environments.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
- Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active state licensure, where applicable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
