• Are you feeling burnt out from working evenings and weekends? Look no further than Constellation Kids ABA Center in Lynn! We are seeking a full-time BCBA Supervisor with a work week schedule of Monday-Friday daytime. This role is on-site with no travel and a small caseload managing 6-8 clients, ages 2-5.

• Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
• Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians and RBTs to provide high-quality direct ABA services to children and families.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families.
• Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain minimum billable requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and insurance payors.
