- Position Summary
- NeuroLink Academy is seeking a currently certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an ABA Clinical Supervisor in our center-based program.
- Active BCBA certification is required for this position. Candidates who are not currently certified as a BCBA will not be considered. This role focuses on clinical supervision, treatment planning, and oversight of ABA programming while maintaining a low caseload, allowing you to focus on quality care, staff development, and meaningful client outcomes. We welcome qualified BCBAs from across the country who are willing to relocate to Minnesota. Candidates must currently hold a Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or be eligible and willing to obtain Minnesota licensure.
- A $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus is available based on the candidate's needs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make treatment decisions using objective clinical data
- Ensure treatment programs are implemented with fidelity and adjusted based on client progress
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support high standards of clinical quality and ethical ABA practice
- Minimum Required Qualifications
- Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility and willingness to obtain Minnesota licensure
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a center-based ABA setting
- Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Familiarity with insurance authorization, clinical documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Experience developing and managing individualized ABA treatment programs
- Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
