Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Java, Apache Spark, and Airflow to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise data platforms. This is a hybrid client-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, architecture design, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills.

Design and architect scalable, cloud-native data platforms using GCP, Java, and Apache Spark.
Lead technical delivery by guiding development teams and ensuring high-quality solution implementation.
Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements, define architecture, and provide strategic technical recommendations.
Build and optimize distributed data processing pipelines for performance and scalability.
Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bentonville, Arkansas.
