  • Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Beginner Level Data Coordinator at bEdge Tech Services. The Data Coordinator will support daily data entry, validation, and maintenance across internal systems and client platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing datasets, updating records, and assisting in preparing basic reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring data quality, flagging discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. The Data Coordinator will also support simple data analysis tasks, documentation, and process improvements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Data Management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets or databases.
  • Basic Data Analysis and Data Analytics skills to interpret simple datasets, identify trends, and support report creation.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to check data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and follow structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, document processes, and clearly report findings or issues.
  • Comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to database tools or BI platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow standard operating procedures, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in data, IT, statistics, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in data coordination, operations, or a similar role is a plus, but motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
