Position Summary

The Associate Product Analyst supports the growth and performance of Guardian’s Retail business, a strategically important segment. This role contributes to research, analysis, and project execution across key Retail initiatives.

The Analyst works as a generalist across multiple areas, including product delivery, partnership channel support (account management and implementation), and data and documentation management for the government exchange business. The role also provides analytical insights and reporting to support strategic decisions and updates for key stakeholders.

This position offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, along with opportunities to build foundational knowledge of Guardian’s Retail and Group Benefits businesses, industry dynamics, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies. You will be supported by experienced leaders and mentors to help accelerate your professional development.

You Will: (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Support the development of Retail strategy by conducting industry research, market analysis, and financial and operational assessments
  • Contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives critical to the success of the Retail business
  • Assist in driving growth across key channels, including Partnerships, Exchange, and Digital
  • Develop and assess business cases, including market sizing and external research, to support innovation and new investment opportunities, such as new product development
  • Help incubate and support early-stage initiatives from concept through initial execution
  • Analyze data, challenge assumptions, and identify insights to inform decision-making

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Location:

Hybrid - Three days a week at a Guardian office in Bethlehem, PA,

Salary Range:

$49,260.00 - $73,890.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
