- An established commercial construction contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale structural construction projects within the data center market. This role will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to help manage project documentation, budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project coordination.

- Description
- Assist Project Managers with the administration of structural construction projects from startup through closeout.
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Assist with procurement activities and material tracking.
- Monitor project schedules and help identify potential delays.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Support quality control and project compliance efforts.
- Assist with project turnover and closeout documentation.
- Help maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.

- Profile
- A successful Assistant Project Manager - Structural - Data Center should have:
- 2+ years of construction experience with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
- Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or structural construction projects.
- Exposure to data center construction is highly preferred.
- Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
