Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie et en pleine évolution, est à la recherche d'un(e) analyste en coûts pour contribuer à la mise en place et au développement d'une fonction stratégique en analyse des coûts.

Relevant du Directeur corporatif des coûts, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'analyse de la performance financière et opérationnelle des différentes usines de l'organisation. Vous serez un véritable partenaire d'affaires auprès des équipes des opérations, de la finance et de la direction afin d'optimiser les coûts, améliorer les marges et soutenir les décisions stratégiques.

Vos principales responsabilités :

• - Analyser les coûts de fabrication, les marges et la rentabilité des différentes unités d'affaires.
• - Identifier, expliquer et recommander des solutions pour les écarts entre les coûts réels et les coûts standards.
• - Élaborer et maintenir les modèles de coûts afin d'assurer l'exactitude des données financières.
• - Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité par produit, client et secteur d'activité.
• - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des opérations afin d'améliorer la performance financière des usines.
• - Participer aux analyses d'inventaire, aux conciliations ainsi qu'aux inventaires physiques annuels.
• - Développer et faire évoluer les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les tableaux de bord de gestion.
• - Soutenir les activités de clôture mensuelle ainsi que les audits internes et externes.
• - Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue, d'optimisation des processus et de standardisation des pratiques de coût.
• - Fournir des analyses financières et un soutien stratégique à la direction dans le cadre de projets spéciaux.

Profil recherché :

• - Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou dans une discipline connexe.
• - De 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en analyse des coûts dans un environnement manufacturier.
• - Expérience dans un contexte multi-usines, un atout important.
• - Maîtrise avancée d'Excel.
• - Expérience avec un ERP (SAP, Oracle, IFS ou autre système intégré).
• - Solides capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de pensée critique.
• - Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à travailler en partenariat avec les équipes opérationnelles.
• - Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Costing Analyst to play a key role in the development of a newly established Cost Accounting function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical finance professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with operations to improve profitability, strengthen financial reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production facilities.

Reporting to the Corporate Cost Director, you will become a trusted business partner by delivering meaningful financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

• - Analyze manufacturing costs, product margins, and operational performance across multiple facilities.
• - Investigate cost variances and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• - Develop and maintain standard costing models while ensuring the accuracy of cost data.
• - Perform profitability analyses by product, customer, and business segment.
• - Partner with plant management and cross-functional teams to understand financial results and recommend corrective actions.
• - Monitor inventory performance, support inventory reconciliations, and participate in annual physical inventory counts.
• - Develop and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting to support business decisions.
• - Assist with month-end and year-end close activities related to cost accounting.
• - Support internal and external audits by preparing financial analyses and required documentation.
• - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen costing processes, controls, and reporting.
• - Provide financial analysis and business support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.

What We're Looking For:

• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• - 3 to 7 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• - Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities is considered a strong asset.
• - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• - Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, IFS, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• - Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information to operational teams.
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
