Analyst

• Role overview
• The consultant will provide hands-on Maximo support to help process and close out that work.

• Day-to-day work
• Review construction packets and work orders for completeness.
• Check labor hours and material records, and reconcile estimates against actuals.
• Identify missing information or discrepancies and follow up to resolve them.
• Troubleshoot common Maximo errors and apply practical workarounds.
• Follow existing job aids and processes, and help team members navigate those processes when needed.

Requirements:

Hands-on IBM Maximo experience is the key requirement. Look for someone who can describe the work orders they’ve handled, errors they’ve resolved, and how they’ve worked through discrepancies in the system.
