Akamai Platform Analyst

We're looking for an Akamai Platform Analyst to help manage and support applications on the Akamai platform. If you have experience with CDN technologies, web security, and edge protection, this is a great opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Manage and onboard applications onto the Akamai platform.
• Configure and support CDN services to improve website performance and traffic optimization.
• Implement and maintain Akamai security features, including web application and edge protection.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work closely with application teams, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Recommend best practices for performance, availability, and security.
• Document configurations, processes, and platform changes.

• What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience working with the Akamai platform.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Akamai CDN
• Traffic optimization
• Web security and edge protection
• Experience onboarding and managing applications within Akamai.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and communicate effectively.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Akamai certifications are a strong plus.

• Nice to Have
• Experience working as a Platform Analyst, Network Analyst, or similar role.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking and web application delivery.
• Knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, caching, and security best practices.
