SKILLS REQUIRED

• Primary (Must-Have):
• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support
• Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support, ticket management, and troubleshooting
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and ability to demonstrate practical business use cases
• Experience with user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and platform administration
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution across Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Support teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and integrations

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented AI Application Support Analyst to join our AI enablement team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for supporting, administering, and driving adoption of our AI platform across the organization. You will troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with IT teams, evaluate and implement new platform capabilities, and help business users extract practical value from AI tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and training abilities, making complex AI technology accessible and usable for all employees.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users, resolving access issues, troubleshooting errors, and answering day-to-day questions.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT support teams to resolve platform and integration issues.
• Administer the AI platform, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and monitoring usage.
• Evaluate, test, and recommend new platform features and capabilities for adoption.
• Enable and maintain connectors and integrations, including Microsoft 365 and custom connectors.
• Conduct training and enablement sessions, such as lunch-and-learns, office hours, and one-on-one guidance for non-technical users.
