Everorth ECS is seeking a AI Expert to work hybrid in our Memphis, TN office or fully remote.
Tasks to be Performed:
- Analyzing user/business data requirements and determining AI needs
- Determining the functionality of AI applications and performing predictive modeling over time
- Maintaining documentation for data analysis and machine learning models
- Developing, analyzing, and organizing data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for AI development
- Translating technical AI specifications into clear non-technical requirements
- Developing and documenting AI features and predictive models with performance metrics
- Assisting team with AI cost estimates and implementation
- Implementing best practices for AI scalability, supportability, maintenance, and performance
- Creating documentation for existing and future AI interfaces
- Developing AI models and algorithms for predictive analytics
- Applying sound analysis, business practices, and scientific expertise to solve a wide variety of customer problems
- Applying expert knowledge to determine accuracy and reasonableness of data
- Participating in business requirement gathering sessions, gathering user data requirements, understanding the user requirements, and assisting in the reconciliation of technical and business requirements
- Ensuring that all solutions follow security and compliance controls
- Mentoring or training other team members and sharing their expertise within and across contracts, organizational boundaries and with Customers
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management or related technical discipline preferred (equivalent work experience in AI may substitute for a degree)
- US citizen or Green Card Holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- 12+ years of experience in information technologies, data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning
- Proven ability to assess data analysis needs and translate them into AI solutions
- Experience with AI applications and machine learning models
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with AI methodologies such as neural networks, decision trees, and regression models
- Knowledge/experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch
- Experience with AI deployment and productionizing models
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams
- Extensive understanding of Relational and Non-relational database. ( Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB , DynamoDB etc.)
- Proficiency in ETL / Batch processing using Python, Java or Go-lang.
- Experience in Integration with AWS cloud.
- Experience in RAG pipelines for LLM-based applications and embedding models.
- This position is suitable for an AI expert with extensive experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- The role requires expertise in developing AI solutions, building predictive models, and applying machine learning algorithms to drive business insights and decision-making.
