We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive enterprise Data & AI transformation initiatives for a leading insurance client. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on solution architecture, executive stakeholder engagement, and delivery of large-scale Data & AI programs.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI initiatives
🔹 Define solution architecture across Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data platforms
🔹 Partner with executive stakeholders and serve as the primary technical advisor
🔹 Drive AI-enabled and Agentic AI delivery practices across engagements
🔹 Support pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and executive presentations
🔹 Lead cross-functional engineering teams and ensure successful program delivery
Must Have Skills
✔ 12–16 years of IT experience with leadership in Data & AI delivery
✔ Experience in AVP, Senior AVP, Delivery Lead, Solution Lead, or similar roles
✔ Strong Insurance domain experience (Group Insurance preferred)
✔ Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks
✔ Strong understanding of data modeling, enterprise data warehousing, and modern analytics architectures
✔ Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
