Join the Business Office team at Morningside University and play a key role in keeping financial operations running smoothly!
Morningside University is seeking a highly organized, detailed and service-oriented professional to manage Accounts Payable functions, coordinative Visa P-Card and Staples programs, support fixed asset reporting, and assist university leadership with special projects and financial analysis.
What Youll Do
- Manage the full Accounts Payable process, including vendor setup, invoice processing, reconciliations, check processing, Positive Pay, vendor statements, and payment documentation.
- Administer the Visa P-Card program, including employee accounts, spending limits, reporting, and coordination with the account manager.
- Manage the Staples purchasing program, including employee accounts, budget centers, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and distribute purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Assist with fixed asset and project expenditure reporting and other financial analysis.
- Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of department policies and
- Maintain accurate vendor records, W-9s, tax-exempt documentation, and financial records.
- Research and resolve outstanding checks, invoice questions, vendor issues, and payment discrepancies.
- Assist with record retention, document scanning, reporting, and special projects.
