We are seeking an experienced and analytical Accounting Analyst / Financial Analyst to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a professional with a strong foundation in accounting and finance who can go beyond transactional processing to analyze data, resolve complex issues, and support process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large ERP systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable (beyond basic data entry)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large datasets
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Stable work history with proven professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospital or university environment
Familiarity with GHX system
Experience with process improvement and reporting
