• Position Overview
• The Accounting Analyst will join a dedicated team responsible for fund accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting, and investor relations activities for two BDC

• Key Responsibilities
• Record investment activity within Advent Geneva
• Reconcile cash activity between internal accounting systems and external administrators
• Assist in oversight of fund administrators and third-party service providers
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes
• Assist with preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
• Coordinate audit requests and support SOX compliance efforts

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Public accounting experience preferred, ideally Big 4/Big 8 backgrounds with financial services, fund, or alternative investment clients
• Experience with private equity, investment management, fund administration, debt investments, or credit-related products is a plus
